(Amatitán, Jalisco, México) together with its United States affiliate Aura Spirits Group LLC (Texas, United States) (collectively, "Casa Faro," "we," "our," or "us"). You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, sell, license, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit any Site content without our prior written permission, except that you may share links to the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASA FARO, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts, except as follows.
Users accessing the Site from within the United States may alternatively bring disputes in the state or federal courts located in Texas, United States, where our U.S. affiliate Aura Spirits Group LLC is organized, under applicable United States law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law (including U.S. federal or state law) that cannot be limited or waived by contract.
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective as of the "Effective" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
